Our Triple Threat Elite 3rd/4th Futures program is a great place to start for an early introduction to elite level lacrosse! This program is perfect for beginner lacrosse players to intermediate-level players. Players who start with us at this level have more fun and have a higher Lax game IQ when they transition to our Triple Threat Elite teams.
Ally earned unanimous first-team All-America honors for the second year in a row, ACC and IWLCA Midfielder of the Year, NCAA All-Tournament Team and first-team All-ACC. Break down the elements of your shot, develop high-level shooting and dodging techniques, and master your footwork. Each week will be a new skill to get you to the next level!
Elevate your game with a new skill each week. Learn and develop with our experienced elite coaching staff through skills and drills designed around key lacrosse concepts. This is the first series of our new year-round program to help build each athlete's confidence and skills to get you to the elite level. Sessions will include a mix of position-specific training, fundamentals and footwork, Shake School next-level concepts, and live gameplay and coaching. The goal of the Triple Threat Elite Academy is to fine-tune your lacrosse skills and IQ to go from good to great. We are here for you every step of the way. Take the next step and register today.
Hone your skills and elevate your game with goalie-specific training. Each session is capped at 6 goalies to ensure hands-on training for each goalie with our Triple Threat Elite staff.

Triple Threat Elite is honored to be sponsoring Laps For Lex a charity 5K & 1-mile walk being held on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at 9:30 am. The event will take place at the Lenape Park in Flemington, NJ, check-in begins at 8:30 am. This event is near and dear to many of our hearts as all proceeds go to support the Iron Girl Project, an organization supporting high school students in honor of our Lex Karpinski.
