It's a structured approach to develop fundamental abilities, game sense, and athleticism, distinct from just generic drills or simple 4v4 games, aiming for high-level performance.

  • Mechanics & fundamentals – We’ll break down shooting form (stick placement, footwork, hip-drive, follow-through) to ensure each athlete has a solid, repeatable foundation.

  • Advanced shot types & creativity – We'll challenge players with fakes, bounce shots, off-angle finishes, quick releases, and shooting under pressure.

  • Game-context integration – Shooting won’t be isolated — we’ll embed it into transition, dodging, cutting, and small-sided game scenarios so every rep mimics game speed and decision-making.

  • Video review & personal correction – Where possible, we’ll use video analysis to point out subtle tweaks that will unlock gains in power, accuracy, or efficiency.

  • Tracking progress & goal setting – In line with our club philosophy, we’ll encourage each athlete to track her performance over the six weeks, set personal goals, and assess improvement.

  • Supportive environment & high standards – As part of the Triple Threat community, every participant enters a culture that pushes for growth, resilience, and excellence.
