Triple Threat Elite North is hosting a series of Summer Lacrosse Clinics this June for youth through high school girls players looking to improve their skills, stay active during the offseason, and train in a competitive environment.

The clinics will take place on June 8, June 15, and June 22 at Frelinghuysen Park and Central Park of Morris County, providing players with high-level instruction and competitive training opportunities throughout the month.

These sessions are designed for players across a range of experience levels, from younger athletes developing fundamentals to high school players preparing for competitive summer lacrosse and future recruiting opportunities.

Throughout the clinics, players will work through structured drills, positional instruction, and live gameplay designed to improve stick skills, footwork, decision-making, and overall lacrosse IQ. Coaches will emphasize fundamentals, confidence, and game awareness while creating a positive and energetic training environment.

Triple Threat Elite is known for its player-focused coaching philosophy and commitment to long-term athlete development. The North program continues that approach by helping players build confidence while competing alongside motivated athletes from across the region.

These clinics are an excellent opportunity for players to sharpen their skills, prepare for upcoming tryouts or tournaments, and continue developing throughout the summer months.

Spots are limited, and early registration is encouraged.

A: The clinics are designed for a wide range of skill levels, from youth players learning fundamentals to experienced high school athletes preparing for competitive summer play. Coaches structure drills to challenge players appropriately based on age and experience.

Triple Threat Elite North is hosting Youth and High School Girls Tryouts this summer at the Central Park of Morris County, giving players the opportunity to compete for a roster spot in one of New Jersey’s growing club lacrosse programs.

Primary tryouts will take place on June 24 and June 29, with an additional Supplemental Tryouts on July 22 for all players still seeking placement or who were unable to attend the original sessions.

Triple Threat Elite is known for its competitive training environment, experienced coaching staff, and commitment to long-term player development. The North program focuses on helping athletes improve their fundamentals, build lacrosse IQ, and compete with confidence in high-level game situations.

During each tryout session, players will participate in skill drills, positional work, and live gameplay while being evaluated by the coaching staff. Coaches will be looking for athletes who demonstrate strong effort, coachability, communication, and the ability to compete within a team environment.

These tryouts are open to both youth and high school girls players who are serious about improving their game and competing within a structured club program.

The supplemental tryout on July 22 is specifically intended to help finalize youth team rosters ahead of the upcoming season.

Spots are limited, and teams will be finalized shortly after evaluations conclude.

Players are encouraged to register in advance to secure their tryout spot.

A: The June sessions are the primary evaluations where most roster spots are filled. The July 22 supplemental tryout is intended to finalize remaining youth roster spots and evaluate players who could not attend the earlier dates.

A: Coaches are looking for more than stick skills. Players who compete hard, communicate well, hustle between drills, and respond positively to coaching often make a strong impression.

A: The environment is competitive but supportive. Coaches want players to feel comfortable enough to showcase their abilities, and the sessions are structured to give everyone opportunities to perform in drills and live gameplay.

A: Yes. The program includes players with different levels of club experience. Coaches focus heavily on development, effort, and long-term growth, not just current skill level alone.

What Makes This Clinic a Game-Changer

Triple Threat Elite is built on a foundation of accountability, culture, and empowerment — and this clinic brings those values alive. (“accountability • culture • empowerment” is central to the TTE ethos) Triple Threat Elite Lacrosse+1 Here’s what participants will experience:

  • Expert coaches & feedback – Our coaching staff consists of former collegiate players and experienced youth/high school coaches who understand the nuances of girls’ lacrosse. Triple Threat Elite Lacrosse+2Triple Threat Elite Lacrosse+2

  • Mechanics & fundamentals – We’ll break down shooting form (stick placement, footwork, hip-drive, follow-through) to ensure each athlete has a solid, repeatable foundation.

  • Advanced shot types & creativity – We'll challenge players with fakes, bounce shots, off-angle finishes, quick releases, and shooting under pressure.

  • Game-context integration – Shooting won’t be isolated — we’ll embed it into transition, dodging, cutting, and small-sided game scenarios so every rep mimics game speed and decision-making.

  • Video review & personal correction – Where possible, we’ll use video analysis to point out subtle tweaks that will unlock gains in power, accuracy, or efficiency.

  • Tracking progress & goal setting – In line with our club philosophy, we’ll encourage each athlete to track her performance over the six weeks, set personal goals, and assess improvement.

  • Supportive environment & high standards – As part of the Triple Threat community, every participant enters a culture that pushes for growth, resilience, and excellence.
