Keep developing your game this fall with Triple Threat Elite Fall 4Square Training, a six-week skills and training series offered at three convenient New Jersey locations.

4Square is open to players from all clubs and all age groups, making it an excellent opportunity to get consistent training throughout the fall without changing your existing team commitment. Sessions focus on individual development, fundamentals, high-repetition skill work, and competitive drills designed to help players become more confident and complete lacrosse athletes.

Families can choose from Princeton, Iron Peak, or Basking Ridge, allowing players to find the location and schedule that works best for them.

Triple Threat Elite's 4Square format is built around giving players more touches, more repetitions, and more opportunities to work on the details of their game. Training emphasizes stickwork, fundamentals, skills, and drills in a positive environment where athletes can continue improving between their regular team commitments.

You do not need to play for Triple Threat Elite to participate. Players from other club and recreational programs are welcome.
