Elevate your game with a new skill each week. Learn and develop with our experienced elite coaching staff through skills and drills designed around key lacrosse concepts. This program is designed to help build each athlete's confidence and skills to get you to the elite level. Sessions will include a mix of position-specific training, fundamentals and footwork, Shake School next-level concepts, and live gameplay and coaching.
