MISSION STATEMENT

At Triple Threat Elite Lacrosse, our mission is to empower young female athletes through the game of lacrosse by creating an environment rooted in accountability, a strong team and club culture, and the confidence to lead.

We are a girls-only program, committed to developing the whole athlete from elementary through high by fostering a space where players, coaches, and families work together to support personal and athletic growth.

Our foundation is built on three core values:

Accountability | We teach our players to own their effort, choices, and development, both on and off the field.

Culture | We create a team-first environment where respect, unity, and a shared love for the game drive everything we do.

Empowerment | We encourage athletes to lead with confidence, embrace challenges, and believe in their potential.

Through elite training, competitive national play, and individualized mentorship, we prepare our players to perform at the highest levels if that is their goal, with over 650 alumnae committed to NCAA programs and countless more thriving as leaders in their communities.
