About 4Square Training

4square lacrosse training refers to a comprehensive development system, pioneered by programs like Pride and Ultimate Lacrosse, focusing on four key pillars: Stick Skills, Strategy, Strength, and Speed/Agility, often using a circuit format with cones to rotate through stations for different drills, building all-around elite players. It's a structured approach to develop fundamental abilities, game sense, and athleticism, distinct from just generic drills or simple 4v4 games, aiming for high-level performance.

Why You Can’t Miss This

At Triple Threat Elite, we believe in developing the complete player — not just technically, but mentally and strategically. Triple Threat Elite Lacrosse+1 Our mission is to elevate athletes through accountability, culture, and empowerment — and this clinic will deliver on all fronts.

Here’s what makes this a must-attend:

  • Elite-level coaching & technique breakdowns — Our staff brings proven training methods to help each athlete refine shooting mechanics, shot selection, power generation, and accuracy.

  • Position-specific shooting drills — Tailored to girl’s lacrosse demands, we’ll work on run-and-gun finishes, stationary shooting from dodges, quick release, shot fakes, and more.

  • Game-scenario applications — It’s not just form work — we’ll integrate shooting into live drills, small-sided games, and movement patterns so each shot comes in realistic competitive contexts.

  • Personal feedback & video analysis — Athletes will receive immediate coaching cues, correction, and (where possible) slow-motion video review to track improvements.

  • Skill tracking & accountability — This aligns with our club-wide philosophy: we encourage players to set goals, log reps, and monitor progress over time. Triple Threat Elite Lacrosse

  • Culture of growth & support — Every participant joins a supportive environment where mistakes are embraced as learning opportunities and athletes push each other to improve. Triple Threat Elite Lacrosse+1
